为提高甘肃省旱作区马铃薯产量和品质，协同提升资源利用效率，促进马铃薯产业高质高效发展，结合多年试验和示范，从适用范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、选地、整地施肥、机具要求、机械作业要求、种子准备、播种、田间管理、病虫害防治、收获与贮藏、清除废膜等方面总结制定了旱作马铃薯复合式耕作栽培技术规程，为旱作马铃薯复合式耕作栽培提供技术支撑。

In order to improve the yield and quality of potatoes in the dryland areas of Gansu, enhance resource utilization efficiency, and promote the high-quality and efficient development of the potato industry, based on years of experimentation and demonstration, the technical regulations for compound cultivation of potatoes in dryland was summarized and formulated from the aspects of applicable scope, normative reference documents, terminology and definitions, land selection, soil preparation and fertilization, equipment requirements, mechanical operation requirements, seed preparation, sowing, field management, pest control, harvest and storage.
