Morchella is one of characteristic products in Gansu Province. Artificial cultivation technique of morchella in facility in alpine mountains is not much. This study discussed the selection of Morchella strains， the suitable cultivation time， place and cultivation method in Alpine Mountainous Areas， key production techniques， harvesting and pest control， which directly serve the large-scale strain production and farmer＇s field sheep tripe. The cultivation of bacteria was highly targeted and practical. We hope to promote the development of Morchella in Gansu province.
